1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the ChiparaTech website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Products and Orders

ChiparaTech sells computer peripherals, including but not limited to keyboards, mice, and headphones. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory issues.

3. Limitation of Liability

4. Intellectual Property Protection

The "ChiparaTech" name and logo, and all related product and service names, are trademarks of ChiparaTech. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing ChiparaTech's name or trademarks without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by ChiparaTech.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any material from the Site without express written authorization from ChiparaTech.

5. Refund & Return Policy

ChiparaTech offers refunds or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error. To be eligible, you must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Process: To request a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
