Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your items. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days after processing.
- International: 10-25 business days after processing.
These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, or weather events.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. ChiparaTech is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package redirection.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. ChiparaTech has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately at [email protected].
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
