Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note that certain items, such as opened software or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Securely package the item, including the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
If the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria, it may be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
